Çatalköy-Esentepe Municipality Receives “Citizen Experience and Communication” Training for Public Works and Urban Planning Department Personnel
Çatalköy-Esentepe Municipality continues its in-service training programs to support the professional development of its personnel and improve the quality of services provided to citizens. Within this scope, a training program on “Citizen Experience and Communication” was held for the personnel of the Municipality’s Public Works and Urban Planning Department at the Olive Tree Hotel. The training, held between 09:00 and 13:00, attracted significant interest from municipal employees.
The training was given by Pınar Gündal, an expert in communication and corporate development. The program covered citizen-oriented service approaches, effective communication techniques, empathy, problem-solving skills, corporate representation, and methods to increase citizen satisfaction.
Çatalköy-Esentepe Municipality aims to further improve the quality of its services through training programs that focus on developing the communication skills of personnel who are in direct contact with citizens.
