The 23rd April National Sovereignty and Children’s Day Festival, organized for the fourth time this year by the Çatalköy-Esentepe Municipality, was celebrated with a vibrant and enthusiastic event in Alagadi. The festival was attended by Ceyhun Kırok, as well as the Deputy Speaker of the Republic Assembly and CTP Member of Parliament Fazilet Özdenefe, CTP Member of Parliament Sami Özuslu, Assembly Members, and village heads. Students, teachers, parents, and numerous citizens came together to share the joy of the holiday. Throughout the festival, the children’s joy and enthusiasm were prominent, and the event area was filled with a festive atmosphere. Çatalköy-Esentepe Municipality officials stated that they will continue to organize such events that prioritize the happiness of children, and that they will continue to hold events befitting the meaning and importance of April 23rd. Free food and drinks were offered to the children throughout the event, sharing the joy of the holiday, and the happiness on the children’s faces was truly heartwarming.
