The Alagadi Fest, traditionally organized by the Çatalköy-Esentepe Municipality, was held this year with a large turnout. Speaking exclusively to Cyprus Youth TV at the festival’s opening, Çatalköy-Esentepe Mayor Ceyhun Kırok stated that they have been organizing the Alagadi Fest for four years. He said that one of his primary goals upon taking office was to contribute to the promotion of the region, and that they launched the Alagadi Fest for this purpose. Noting that the festival has improved and progressed each year, Kırok expressed his satisfaction with the high level of interest shown in the festival. He also emphasized that the festival has become an important event that brings citizens and the local community together while contributing to the promotion of the region.
