The Five Fingers Theatre Festival, organized in collaboration with the Çatalköy-Esentepe Municipality and the Turkish Cypriot State Theatres, continues with all its enthusiasm. Today, as part of the festival, the beloved children’s play “DREAM” by the Turkish Cypriot State Theatres met with young audiences.
The play, watched by 5-year-olds and 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade students and teachers from the Kyrenia Dr. Suat Günsel Primary School, addressed the longing of animals living in the zoo for their natural habitats and their right to live freely in nature. The play, which was both entertaining and educational, received great interest and appreciation from children.
At the end of the show, Çatalköy-Esentepe Mayor Ceyhun Kırok took the stage, drawing attention to the fact that the Five Fingers Theatre Festival is an art festival that appeals to individuals of all ages, and congratulated the theatre team for their successful performance. He then presented the team with flowers and a plaque and expressed his gratitude.
