Beşparmaklar Culture and Art Days Begin with a Magnificent Opening

The Çatalköy–Esentepe Municipality’s 13th Beşparmaklar Culture and Art Days witnessed colorful spectacle.
The 13th Beşparmaklar Culture and Art Days, traditionally organized by the Çatalköy–Esentepe Municipality, began with a grand opening. Art, music, and culture were brought together in the two-day events.
The festival’s opening was attended by CTP Chairman and presidential candidate Tufan Erhürman, members of parliament, mayors, artists, and numerous citizens. The opening ceremony, which drew a large crowd, produced colorful scenes.

Speaking at the opening, Çatalköy–Esentepe Mayor Ceyhun Kırok emphasized that the Beşparmaklar Culture and Art Days is not just an event, but a tradition that adds value to the region.
Kırok said, “We are not just a municipality that organizes a festival; we are a local government that is on the ground day and night, thinking about the future and quality of life,” and also provided information about ongoing projects. Kırok thanked the public for their support, saying, “Under the shadow of Beşparmaklar, we aim to elevate not only art but also the quality of life.”
FAMOUS ARTISTS ON STAGE
Grup Frekans and Fettah Can, who took the stage on the first day of the festival, received great acclaim with their enthusiastic performances.
Hakan Yazıcıoğlu and Eypio will take the stage on the second day. The artists will provide the locals with an unforgettable night with their beloved songs.
HIGH PUBLIC PARTICIPATION AND FULL SUPPORT
Citizens who filled the festival grounds had the opportunity to sing along to the artists’ songs and sample the cultural delights on display at the stands.
TWO DAYS FULL OF ART AND FUN
The Beşparmaklar Culture and Art Days will run from October 10–11.
The second day of the festival will feature folk dance performances, concerts by local artists, and a concert by famous rapper EYPİO.
