Çatalköy-Esentepe Mayor Ceyhun Kırok Holds Meaningful Commemoration and Exemplary Conduct on November 10th
Mayor Kırok Laid a Wreath at Atatürk’s Bust and Presented Special Photographs to Students
Çatalköy-Esentepe Mayor Ceyhun Kırok participated in commemorative events held at primary schools to mark the 87th anniversary of the death of the Great Leader, Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk.
At 9:05 a.m., Mayor Kırok laid a wreath at the Atatürk bust in Çatalköy and commemorated the Great Leader with love, respect, and longing.
Following the commemoration ceremony, Mayor Kırok attended the November 10th Atatürk Commemoration Programs held at Çatalköy and Esentepe Primary Schools. Meeting with the students, Kırok delivered an emotional speech to the children about the significance of the day.
On this special day, Mayor Kırok presented approximately 700 students with special commemorative photos featuring Atatürk. Kırok stated that this meaningful gift aims to strengthen children’s love for Atatürk, saying, “This initiative was undertaken to ensure that our children develop a spiritual bond with Atatürk and feel proud to follow in his footsteps. This was a first for us and a very special project.”
Mayor Kırok’s gift was greatly appreciated by children and teachers.
